• Primary Role: Oversee complete human resources operations, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, employee relations, personnel files, and statutory compliance with Tanzanian labor laws.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Tanzaniaemployment trends
  • Minimum of 1 year of practical HR management experience.
  • Thorough understanding of Tanzanian employment and labor regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities; fluent in written/spoken English and Swahili.
  • Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
