MMSS Constructions Ltd is a growing construction company with its Head Office in Nala,  Dodoma. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to oversee our  operations at our project site.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities and manage site laborers. 
  • Ensure all work is executed according to architectural and structural drawings. 
  •  Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to minimize waste.  
  • Report daily progress to the Project Manager.  

Job Requirements  

  • Education/Qualifications: Must possess a National Vocational Award (NVA) Level 3 in  Masonry and Bricklaying OR a Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Civil Engineering /  Construction.  
  • Experience: Proven experience working as a Site Foreman or Lead Supervisor on building  construction sites.  
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of masonry work, excellent leadership, communication, and  problem-solving skills.  
  • Location: Nala, Dodoma.
