About the Role

We are seeking a driven and polished Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Zanzibar. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between property buyers and high-value real estate developments, delivering exceptional service, guiding clients through property acquisitions, and closing sales to drive business growth in Zanzibar’s expanding property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Presentations: Actively market, present, and sell residential and commercial real estate properties to prospective local and international buyers.
  • Client Engagement & Viewings: Schedule and conduct professional property viewings, address detailed client inquiries, and guide buyers through every step of the purchasing process.
  • Relationship Management: Build, expand, and nurture a strong pipeline of leads and client relationships to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Structure sales agreements, facilitate smooth negotiations between buyers and sellers, and ensure seamless transaction processes.

Requirements

  • Professional Presence: Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a client-focused demeanor.
  • Industry Experience: Proven background in Real Estate, Hospitality, or High-End Luxury Sales.
  • Local Knowledge: Prior working experience in Zanzibar is highly preferred, alongside a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • Core Competencies: Outstanding verbal and written communication, strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, and reliable time management.
