Zanzibar Insurance Corporation is a Government corporation established on June 20th, 1969 under the President’s Office of Finance and Planning. The main purpose of the establishment of this organization is to provide quality insurance services nationwide.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Business Administration and Finance. 
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the Insurance industry, including at least three (3) years in reinsurance management.
• Strong leadership and team Management skills.
• Demonstrated success in reinsurance business development and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with reinsurers and business partners.
• Sound knowledge of Insurance regulations and industry best practices.
