Rashan’s Investment, a fast-growing beverage wholesale and distribution company, is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team.
Position: Sales & Distribution Officer
Location: Mwanza
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell beverages to existing and new customers
Ensure timely delivery of products to clients
Maintain accurate daily sales records and cash collections
Manage customer orders and follow up on payments
Assist in stock management and reporting
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications & Skills Required
Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Experience in beverage sales or FMCG is an added advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets
Must be familiar with Mwanza routes (for distribution duties)
