CCR Operator at Twiga Cement

Main Duties

• Ensure the safety of all personnel and machinery at all times.
• Operate and monitor cement mills efficiently, ensuring optimal performance.
• Implement procedures QPOP 06, QPOP09, QPOP10, and QPOP11.
• Adjust and control operational parameters to meet product quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records on log sheets.
• Coordinate with laboratory teams for adjustments to improve quality.
• Report any deviations from process parameters for immediate action.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Conduct detailed equipment inspections and support minor repairs during shutdowns.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety guidelines.
• Adhere to the Heidelberg Materials Group Code of Business Conduct.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering or related field.
• Strong command of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industrial safety and process compliance.
