We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services from suppliers, ensuring the best possible price and quality while adhering to project timelines and budgets. The role involves supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, cost control, and maintaining smooth material flow for projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and evaluate suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
- Manage procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement. Experience in construction industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of procurement practices and contract law.
