Station Manager at Sango Energy

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily station operations including fuel sales, convenience store, and ancillary services
  2. Monitor fuel deliveries and ensure quality control
  3. Manage staff schedules, performance, training, and motivation.
  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  5. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock.
  6. Handle cash management, banking, and reconciliation processes.
  7. Maintain accurate records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  9. Implement company policies and operational procedures
  10. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security across the station premises

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in managing a fuel station or retail environment
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  4. Solid understanding of inventory and financial management
  5. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  7. Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  8. Advance Diploma in business administration or accounting
